Accessing the SHIELDrive page


1. Accessing the Web Page​

  1. Enter the SHIELDrive URL in the browser's address bar to access it.
  2. Log in with your Security365 account or Microsoft account.

2. Accessing Microsoft Teams​

There are two ways to access the SHIELDrive page in Teams.

Accessing through the Teams app icon​

  1. Click the 'Apps+' button on the left side of Teams.
  2. Search and add 'SHIELDrive' on the app addition page.
  3. Click on the SHIELDrive app on the left to access.

Accessing through the Teams Team Tab​

  1. Click on the SHIELDrive Tab created at the top of the Teams team.
  2. Access the SHIELDrive page of the corresponding Teams team.

ReferenceIf you accessed via Tab, you cannot navigate to a different page path.
